At the very beginning of this Firm, it is purported to provide high-end professional legal services, dedicated to serve the medium and large clients by a team of attorneys, in order to maintain a stable and long term relationship with the medium and large clients. The Firm would provide them with all-dimensional, multi-layered, high quality and efficient professional services, such as regular legal counsel services, litigation and arbitration, intellectual property, merger and acquisition, finance and investment, securities and capital markets, foreign-related legal services and real estate.

To ensure the quality of the professional services, the Firm sets forth an orderly and strict internal audit system, and adopts the principal of “unified coordination, hierarchical management, and individual responsibility”.

First, the Firm is divided into several departments according to the category of the practices. The person in charge of a department is either a partner or an experienced attorney, who shall supervise the allotment of the workload to the different attorneys. At the meantime, the partners’ meeting and the steering committee will exert a unified management among the departments and are responsible for the collaboration among the departments, which is enable the Firm can function as a whole in accepting the entrustment from the clients.

Secondly, with regard to the professional legal services rendered, it shall be examined and verified in different approval levels according to the prescribed criteria of classification. There is an independent auditor within each department to supervise the quality of the professional legal services, and the incomes of the attorney are linked with his or her errors made, which improve the performance of the attorneys.
